Implementation Engineer

Responsible for the implementation of MES and GST standard working time products, including on-site investigation, data collation, user training, and system launch support, to ensure the rapid delivery of projects with guaranteed quality and quantity. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met and project goals are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of MES and GST standard working time products, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
Develop plans and decompose tasks according to the implementation project cycle, arrange project tasks reasonably, and coordinate project resources to complete work tasks.
Ensure the implementation docking support, provide technical guidance, and solve technical problems on-site.
Ability to identify and feedback problems on-site timely, and enhance the accumulation of internal knowledge base.
Maintain good communication with project team members to ensure project progress and quality.
Responsible for project management and timely archiving of project files, including operation SOP, business process diagram, common problems and solutions bank, etc.
Complete system testing, training, and system launch, ensuring smooth project handover to clients.

Job Requirements

College degree or above, more than 1 year of relevant work experience or rich production management experience.
Candidates with experience in such business processes, planning management, and process standardization analysis in the clothing and textile industry are preferred.
Applicants with experience in ERP production modules or MES implementation are preferred.
Have strong learning, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
